Stuck in Toronto Airport - waiting to go to Washington D.C. the cargo hold door on our plane won't close properly so we've all been sitting here in a very small plane, all getting VERY annoyed that maintenance is taking their time in coming down to sort out this problem. We've been sitting in this plane for over an hour now - I've got the unfortunate position of sitting next to what has to be the most IRRITATING child in the world. This little baby is running rings round his mother and just won't shut up.
Michael is in the seat behind me, doodling in his Sketchbook, Mum's reading a book and Dad has stolen my Nintendo DS and is trying to perfect his already perfect math skills (he said it was something to do before he died of boredom) and there's me - keeping myself entertained by updating my website.
The crew in the plane with us are really working hard to try and sort this problem out and... the aircraft is now rocking from side to side so I'm assuming that the bloke from maintenance has finally turned up and is now applying the "brute force" approach...
Anyway, last night was alot of fun, we went to a place called the "Honey Beestro" for dinner there - lots of fun, great food and the waitress who served us was brilliant, little bonkers, but brilliant.
Sleeping last night was total bliss - I don't think I've ever slept so much before in all my life - had to share a double bed with Michael who has to have the boniest elbows known to man, but apart from that the beds were so comfortable!
Anyway... still sitting here on this plane... going nowhere - they're actually thinking of having to move us to another plane if this problem isn't fixed soon.
